Kenny Rushing beat me to the punch with his product launch.
But he partnered with Jeff Walkers Product Launch Manager Greg Clement before I could.
All this means is thise is a tested market. They have been conditioned to buy at a high price $2,000 to $3,000. Plus there is Buzz in the market.
I think my product can come into the market and satisfy a need in the the real estate investing market.
I’m looking for 2 promotions.
Since I am new to the market and do not yet have a network set up to do a big product launch. I would like to promote the product as a rolling rollout of the product
This could be as simple as sending an email and putting the prospects into my all ready established Private Product Launch Sequence.
Right now my squeeze page is converting at 22% for cold traffic.
I’m using a Perpetual Product Launch Blog that sends out 4 videos via Aweber over a 12 day period.
Every person who joins the list is treated just like someone in a major product launch.
I learned all the product launch stuff through Jeff Walker.
I have come up with a new system I call it the “Private Product Launch”
I am using the “Private Product Launch” system to totally blow up conversions from optin lists.
Okay enough of the sales talk. What it does is condition the prospect over a period of time. The sequence is about 12 days from when they optin to when they get the Pitch video and are sent to the sales page.
What this gives you is the ability to fine tune the whole sales funnel and automate everything.
What I’m seeing in the Real Estate Online market is this.
Get em Into the Webinar Funnel Pitch. Then follow up with 4 more recorded Webinars over the week end.
We’ll what if they don’t like webinars?
What if they can’t sit still for an hour? I sure can’t
The private product launch can do the same thing as a webinar but do it over the 12 days instead on 1 webinar. This gives you multiple contacts to build your credibility and answer objections.
Another great thing is you can put the webinar into the Private Product Launch system.

What is more important is that I can fine tune the Launch To Your Customers.
How I would do this is: during the optin process the person that opts in is taken to a “Ask campaign” there we get feedback on what the customer wants out of bulk REO investing. Everybody’s customers are going to have different needs.
We could add your picture to the ask campaign and add a question that you would like to ask your market as well.
This is also a good way for you to get important feedback on what’s going on in your customer’s minds. So you can fill that need.
